Suzuki Vitara Car Review

The car features a 1600cc, 4-cylinder, 16-valve petrol engine with 88 kW at 6,000 rpm (120 hp) and 156 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm, with a multi-point electronic fuel injection system. The car is available with a 4W/All Grip all-wheel drive system, which provides stability on all roads and controls all four wheels. The car comes with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission, LHD steering, and a 47-liter fuel tank.

The five-door car can accommodate five average-sized passengers or four adult passengers. It measures 4.175 mm in length, 1.775 mm in width, and 1.610 mm in height. It has a 2.5-meter wheelbase and 185 mm of ground clearance. The car weighs between 1,185 and 1,160 kg, with a gross vehicle weight of 1,730 kg. The car also comes with a 375-liter trunk with the ability to fold the rear seats. This trunk is considered one of the car's shortcomings due to its small size.

The car's cabin features most of the features found in modern models, but its problem is the lack of leather upholstery. However, it does offer many new, distinctive features and extensive safety features.

The car's shortcomings are that its length isn't as long as other cars in its class, and therefore its interior volume isn't large enough. However, it offers multiple storage spaces and a cleverly designed cabin, along with a good front dashboard and a panoramic sunroof.

The car is known for the scarcity of spare parts in general for those who are new car owners, but those who have dealt with the car for a long time know that there are many spare parts dealers specializing in Vitara, including original and imitation spare parts. However, the difficulty may lie in the availability of accessories for the car, with a difference in prices for spare parts from one store to another and a difference in quality depending on the type, but the greatest difference in price is in imported spare parts.

The car has a MacPherson strut front suspension with springs and a torsion beam rear suspension with springs. The car features good suspension and ground clearance suitable for Egyptian roads, especially with the 17-inch rims that handle bumps.

Despite its Suzuki name, the car is considered a rare car, as it was introduced in Egypt in one category and in small quantities, which made it a limited car in this new generation in Egypt and the one currently available, which makes it difficult to resell the car due to its limited presence in the market.
