5. 5. Regular Ads⇑

   Hatla2ee offers the users to post one free ad (Regular Ad.) every 30 days, However for the professional car dealers (Or car showrooms businesses) they can post one ad or unlimited ads (Regular Ad.) with paid service plan.

6. 6. Premium Ads⇑

   Hatla2ee offers a service known as "Premium Ads", through which users can pay a non-refundable fee to place their ads on selected pages of the site to increase the likelihood of seeing ads. In order to buy a Premium Ad, the advertising period is 90 days. With regard to the policy of using Premium Ads, the balance remains in the account for one year only.

7. 7. Material Submitted By You ⇑
   • - 1 By submitting any material to us, you :
     1. automatically grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content; and
     2. waive all your moral rights in such materials.
   • - 2 You acknowledge that we are not obliged to publish any material submitted by you.
   • - 3 You agree not to post any material:
     1. that is threatening, defamatory, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, blasphemous, pornographic, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy; or

   • 8. Refund policy ⇑
     

     The Advertiser who purchased or opted to purchase an Advertising Campaign on Hatla2ee may ask for a refund before the date and time of the execution of his Campaign (by broadcasting the included ads on Hatla2ee.) Once a refund request has been initiated, the scheduled campaign will be suspended and the refund will be processed within one week of the receipt of the refund request. Any Advertiser acknowledges that he can no longer ask for a refund once the execution of his purchased Advertising Campaign has started.
