The Esperanza M11 is a compact sedan suitable for small families. It also has sporty features suitable for young people, and it resembles many European cars, especially from Seat and Volkswagen, in terms of driving, design, and options. It first appeared in 2008 and was discontinued in 2015. It was known by several names, such as J3, Apola, Cielo, and Cruze. Hatchback versions were also offered, and after its discontinuation, the Arrizo 7 replaced it. The Esperanza M11 was launched in Egypt in 2009 and became popular between 2010 and 2014. It was produced by the Aboul Fotouh Group, the agent for Esperanza at the time. It was offered in one trim level when it was first launched in 2009, priced at EGP 74,900.

The car's price fluctuated over the following years, rising and falling to EGP 77,000 in 2013. In 2012, the price was EGP 74,000, and then reached EGP 83,000. The latest model, released in 2015, was priced at EGP 82,000, including a manual with all the extras.

The car was designed in collaboration with Esperanza and Italian carmaker Pininfarina. The entire car was designed in collaboration with the British company Mira to modify the chassis for agile, sporty handling.

The Esperanza M11 is a copy of the M12 in every way, except for the M11's distinctive rear window-mounted stop lights and the M11's single exhaust outlet, along with a longer and narrower trunk.
