Hyundai Accent HCI 2019 - 2021 Review

The car features a standard 1.6-liter, 4-cylinder, 16-valve engine with MPI multi-point fuel injection technology, producing 123 hp and 151 Nm of maximum torque. The car weighs just 1,186 kg and is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The car relies on a front-wheel drive system, which can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 11.2 seconds. A top speed of 192 km/h is recorded. The 2020 Hyundai Accent HCI's average fuel consumption is approximately 6.6 liters per 100 km.

The engine is considered good in this category and offers good traction, as it is a 1600 cc engine. It is suitable for the car's body and size, and provides good responsiveness for city driving, while the engine sound is quiet.

The 2021 facelift model comes with a different, 1400 cc, four-cylinder engine that produces 99 hp and a maximum torque of 132 Nm, mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. The facelift version of the car has a somewhat weak engine performance, with a 1400cc engine producing only 99 hp. This is lower than other cars in the same price range. On the other hand, it is considered an economical car in terms of fuel consumption, consuming approximately 6.4 liters of gasoline per 100 km.

The car features smart spaces that make it practical, featuring compact exterior dimensions and intelligent use of interior space. It rides on a 2,600 mm wheelbase, measures 4,400 mm in length, 1,729 mm in width, and has a total height of 1,460 mm. It also boasts a 150 mm ground clearance, making it practical. It also offers a luggage storage capacity of 480 liters.

It features comfortable seats, ample space, and ample storage space. The car's speakers work well, whether in the doors or the rear seats, and the control panel enables easy control of all aspects of the car. The car provides a comfortable driving position and a quiet, sound-insulated cabin.

The car features a MacPherson strut front suspension for optimal grip and balance. It also has a larger wheelbase and increased dimensions, providing good grip.

The car's drawbacks are that it sits low to the ground, making it difficult to navigate bumps and bumps.

This car may be difficult to resell, whether in the facelift or pre-facelift versions, because it is not widely spread on the streets of Egypt, unlike previous generations of Accent, which had large sales. The previous generation, the RB, which has returned again in the form of local production, may be better in terms of resale and spread.

The car's safety features are weak and uncompetitive compared to its competitors. Safety features are only available in the higher trims, not in the first and second trims, where safety features are poor.
